Welcome to ‘i vote for art’, a new online gallery, where you can vote for your favourite art. Plus you can buy art and sell art too.
‘i vote for art’ launched in May 2008, so we’re still quite new. We’re adding more new artwork by the week.
How does it work?
It’s pretty simple. Just have a browse around the artwork. If you like something, click on that little thumb and cast your vote.
The artwork with the most votes gets promoted to the front page, where millions (well, maybe not millions) of people will see it.
And I can buy art?
You sure can. Everything on ‘i vote for art’ is for sale. Simply ‘Add to cart’, hit the checkout and you’re on your way.
Our payments are managed by PayPal. You may have heard of it. It’s a well-known, widely used and allows you to make completely safe and secure online purchases.
We’ll ship your purchase to your door, ensuring that it arrives in perfect condition.
Can I sell my art on ‘i vote for art’?
We are always looking for more artists to become part of ‘i vote for art’, so feel free to submit some of your own work.
You can sell one-off originals like paintings, limited edition prints or open edition prints - that’s up to you. And you don’t have to sell your artwork exclusively on ‘i vote for art’.
Keep in mind we receive hundreds of submissions - so if we don’t get back to you quickly, sorry about that. We’re a bit swamped.
Sign Up? Membership? What’s all that about?
You may have noticed that you can sign up and become a member of ‘i vote for art’. Membership allows you to log-in to the website, add comments to artwork, and keep track of your favourite art and artists.
We’ll also give you the red carpet treatment, with special offers from time to time.
